Processing time begins on the day your order is placed. Standard items typically require 1-3 business days for order processing. Once processed, your order is ready for shipment. Customized products (such as car wraps and interior customization) generally take up to 15 business days for processing.
Multiple products in an order may ship from different fulfillment centers, resulting in multiple delivery packages. Detailed shipping dates and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided after your order is processed and shipped.
We primarily use express or dedicated shipping methods, with an average transit time of approximately 7-12 days worldwide. Special timing requirements must be communicated in advance. For electronics and screen products, returns can only be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt after installation or use. When returning, it is necessary to ensure that the product comes with all original accessories (hardware, cables, screens, stands, manuals, original packaging boxes, etc.) intact and return them together with the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed at the actual price paid, which already takes into account any applicable promotions, discounts, or credits. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
