If the products are customized steering wheels, car wraps, customized leather covers, etc., and are in production, no refunds or returns will be accepted for non-quality issues.
For electronics and screen products, returns can only be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt after installation or use. Received Incorrect or Defective Merchandise

Refunds
Refunds will be processed at the actual price paid, which already takes into account any applicable promotions, discounts, or credits. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
