Step 1: Clean the rim with a wet towel and wait for it to dry.
Step 2: Apply the adhesive promoter on the rim (Note: Install the rim protector before the promoter dries; apply to individual rims one at a time).
Step 3: Remove the protective film from the front of the rim protector.
Step 4: Partially peel off the double-sided adhesive film from the back of the rim protector.
Step 5: Position the rim protector onto the rim. ensuring perfect alignment.
Step 6: Continue to remove the adhesive film while you press the rim protector until you remove all the film.

Processing time begins on the day your order is placed. Standard items typically require 1-3 business days for order processing. Once processed, your order is ready for shipment. Customized products (such as car wraps and interior customization) generally take up to 15 business days for processing.
Multiple products in an order may ship from different fulfillment centers, resulting in multiple delivery packages. Detailed shipping dates and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided after your order is processed and shipped.
We primarily use express or dedicated shipping methods, with an average transit time of approximately 7-12 days worldwide. Special timing requirements must be communicated in advance. The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is for estimation purposes only and does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. As this is an estimate, shipping costs cannot be refunded for items arriving after the estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery dates are for business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Currently, free shipping is offered on all items and orders to almost all countries, including the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries/regions.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping fees will be displayed on the shipping address page after your order is finalized.
As each country has its own set of import rules, regulations, and taxes, customers are responsible for taxes, not TMATE.

If the products are customized steering wheels, car wraps, customized leather covers, etc., and are in production, no refunds or returns will be accepted for non-quality issues.
For electronics and screen products, returns can only be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt after installation or use. When returning, it is necessary to ensure that the product comes with all original accessories (hardware, cables, screens, stands, manuals, original packaging boxes, etc.) intact and return them together with the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have received items that are incorrect or suspect that your product has a manufacturing defect, we kindly request that you contact TMATE Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your order at tmate@menewenergy.com. You will be required to provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue with your order. Please note that submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund; we retain the right to conduct a thorough investigation and make the final determination on all claims.
Refunds will be processed at the actual price paid, which already takes into account any applicable promotions, discounts, or credits. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the original purchase included free or discounted promotional items, these items must also be returned, or their retail price or the difference in retail price will be deducted from the refund.
If the item(s) you purchased were not on sale at the time of purchase, you are entitled to request a sale price adjustment within 7 days from the date your order was placed. No sale price adjustments will be made for purchases that are more than 7 days from the date of purchase.
Additionally, if you have already received a discount (e.g., free shipping) on your purchase, subsequent better sales promotions will not be applicable to your order, meaning you are not eligible to request a sale price adjustment for that order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
